We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if Quadedge or YourAM is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Quadedge will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Gathering and Usage

When you sign up for an account, you provide your name, contact details (including email address) and some information about your company.

We used these collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

Data Control

You retain ownership of all data you enter or upload into YourAM, and have ultimate control over who has access to it. You control that access via user accounts that only you can create, which allows you to give your member/staff access, for example. It is your responsibility to safeguard the password information and only give it to people you trust.

We have no access to user passwords or accounts, so we can't login to your YourAM site without your permission. However we may monitor patterns of usage, such as login dates and volumes of data, so we can understand how people are using the system and to ensure our servers are capable of handling the loads. For this purpose, we may also log your IP address.

Cookies

Cookies are small strings of data stored in your device's temporary memory when you navigate around our website. For your login to allow you access to YourAM, we need to store a temporary 'cookie' in your internet browser. This automatically expires after 20 minutes of inactivity, or you can delete it by logging out.

You can also choose to store a permanent cookie that allows you to access your account without logging in each time ('Remember Me'). When you explicitly log out, this cookie is removed. These cookies contain no personal information about you.

Changes

Quadedge may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the email address of YourAM account holder or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
