Managing Your Contacts

How do I view my contacts?

Click on the Contacts tab at the top right corner of the page. All your existing contacts are listed in alphabetical order.

If you have more that 10 contacts, browse the paging links for more available contacts.

How do I add a new contact?

Click on the Contacts tab at the top right corner of the page. Click on Add New to add a new contact.

Fill in the detail information about the contact and click on Save when you are done. Contacts will also be automatically added when new contact information is added with the scheduler and/or via online appointment booking or SMS.

How do I remove an existing contact?

Click on the Contacts tab at the top right corner of the page. Click on the cross icon to remove the selected contact.

You are advised and encouraged to never remove any contacts. Contacts that are removed from YourAM can no longer be used for scheduling appointments. When you remove a contact, all his/her appointment will remain in YourAM.

How do I edit an existing contact?

Click on the Contacts tab at the top right corner of the page. Click on the pencil icon to edit the information for the selected contact.

You can turn your contact SMS and email alert settings on/off or change any of their details. When modifying contacts, ensure that information such as email and mobile phone numbers are unique in your records.
