How do I synchronize with Google calendar at real time?

You can sync your appointments and events dynamically from YourAM to Google calendar at real time via the "Account" settings page under "Sync Calendar". Click on the check box in the Google support option and enter your email or calendar ID that you desire. Then click Save.

You will be redirected to a Google page to complete the process. Click on grant access. This process is completely secure and we will not have access to your Google account.

We recommend that you create a new calendar to store all your business appointments and events separate from your personal calendar. This will give you more flexibility in managing and organizing your Google calendar. Also note that YourAM sync your appointment out to Google calendar and does not sync from Google calendar into YourAM. The reason for this is that Google calendar does not handle checking of appointment requirements like YourAM and hence may produce conflicting or double book appointments.

How do I export my appointments for backup?

You can export a copy of either your personal appointments or the entire organization's appointments depending on whether you are the account holder. When exporting your appointments, you can also select specific periods that you want to export. Your appointment data are exported in the popular iCal format.

To export your appointments, you need to click on "My appointments" on the top left Hello box. At your personal appointment page, click on "Export Appointment" near the top of the page. Your browser will prompt you to download the exported file. Save the file to a desired location. You can then have the option of importing it into your favorite calendar tool that supports iCal formats or save the copy for backup.

How do I add a booking tab to my Facebook account?

You need to first update your Facebook email in your account profile under the "Account" tab in "My Profile". This Facebook email is the email that you used to sign up for Facebook. Then click save. Next go to:

Follow the two step instruction there to add our appointment booking tab to your Facebook account. Make sure that you allow our application to have access to your Facebook information. Don't worry, we do not store any information about you or your contacts from Facebook. So there is no need to worry about privacy issues from us.

That is it! You are now ready to start accepting appointments with your facebook contacts.

Important: The appointment booking tab will only be successfully added if the email in your Facebook account matches a registered email on YourAM.
